3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days for standard delivery across the continental United States.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or remote destination routing.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active and show updates within 24-48 hours.

  • You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's official portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international shipments entering the United States, orders below the de minimis threshold ($800 USD) are typically free from import duties under US customs regulations.

  • However, if any customs fees, duties, or local taxes are incurred during or after shipping, Campshade is not responsible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages & Incorrect Addresses

  • Incorrect Addresses: Campshade is not responsible for undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, reshipping fees may apply.
