Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Campshade! We want you to be fully prepared and satisfied with your outdoor adventures. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note on Outdoor Gear: For safety and hygiene reasons, items that show signs of outdoor use (e.g., dirt on tent pegs, campfire smoke odor, or signs of wear) cannot be accepted for a return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at [mcallisteroswin@gmail.com] with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Fees

Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
4. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund.
